Revolutions And Reforms: A Comparative Study Of 20th Century Political Transformations In Asia and Europe

Abstract
The 20th century was marked by multiple political changes and revolutions in Asia and Europe that significantly impacted the existing systems of governance, society, and international relations. This comparative analysis primarily focuses on the political transitions in Asia and Europe. The paper examines the reasons, processes, and consequences of these continents’ major revolutions and reforms. Europe was characterized by multiple ideological shifts with the revolutionary culmination like the Russian and German revolutions. Meanwhile, Asia was determined by the colonization liberation, communism, and modernization that were achieved through the struggle of a revolution and reform. This work describes general and specific peculiarities of political development focusing on the role of ideology, leader, foreign sides, and socio-economic environments.
