The International Journal of Advanced Research and Multidisciplinary Trends (IJARMT) welcomes original, high-quality research submissions across a wide range of disciplines. We aim to publish articles that contribute to knowledge, are methodologically sound, and are relevant to the academic community.

1. General Requirements
Language: Submissions can be made in English or Hindi Language, clearly written, and free from spelling or grammatical errors.
Originality: All submissions must be original works of the author(s) and should not have been published elsewhere or be under consideration for publication in another journal.
Plagiarism: Manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism. The journal adheres to a strict plagiarism policy, with a threshold limit of 10%. Any manuscripts exceeding this limit will be rejected.

2. Manuscript Format
All manuscripts must follow the structure and formatting guidelines provided below:
Title: The title should be concise, descriptive, and accurately reflect the content of the manuscript.
Author Information: Include the full name, affiliation, and email address of all authors. The corresponding author should be clearly identified.
Abstract: An abstract of 250-300 words summarizing the key objectives, methods, results, and conclusions must be provided.
Keywords: Provide 4-6 keywords that represent the content of the manuscript.
Main Text:
Introduction: Clearly state the purpose of the research, its significance, and the research question or hypothesis.
Methodology: Provide detailed information on the research design, materials, methods, and procedures used.
Results: Present the findings in a logical sequence. Use tables and figures to clarify the data where necessary.
Discussion: Interpret the results in the context of existing research. Highlight the significance, limitations, and implications of the findings.
Conclusion: Provide a clear summary of the research findings and their broader impact.
References: All references must be cited in the text and listed at the end of the manuscript, following the preferred referencing style (e.g., APA, MLA, etc.).

3. Submission Process
Online Submission: Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the journal’s online submission system, via Make a Submission Button.
File Format: Manuscripts must be submitted as Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) or LaTeX files. Figures and tables should be included in the main manuscript file and submitted as separate files if required.
Article Processing Charge (APC): Upon acceptance, an Article Processing Charge (APC) of INR 1500 will be applicable to cover the cost of publication.

4. Review Process
The journal follows a double-blind peer review process. This means that both the reviewers and the authors remain anonymous during the review process. The steps are as follows:
Initial Review: The editorial board will conduct a preliminary review to assess the manuscript’s suitability and adherence to submission guidelines.
Peer Review: Manuscripts that pass the initial review will be sent to at least two independent experts in the relevant field for evaluation.
Revision: Based on the reviewers’ feedback, authors may be asked to revise their manuscript. Revised manuscripts must be resubmitted within the specified deadline.
Final Decision: The editorial board will make the final decision based on the reviewers’ reports and the revised manuscript.

5. Ethical Considerations
Authors must adhere to the following ethical guidelines:
Authorship: Only those who have significantly contributed to the research should be listed as authors. The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring all authors have approved the final version of the manuscript.
Conflicts of Interest: Authors must disclose any financial or personal conflicts of interest that could affect the research.
Human and Animal Subjects: For research involving human or animal subjects, authors must ensure that all relevant ethical standards and guidelines are followed. Proper ethical approval should be obtained and mentioned in the manuscript.
Data Availability: Authors should be prepared to make the raw data associated with their research available upon request.

6. Copyright and Licensing
Copyright: The journal retains the copyright of all published articles. Authors retain the rights to reuse their published content under the terms of the journal’s licensing policy.
Licensing: Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction, provided appropriate credit is given to the original authors and source.

7. Post-Acceptance
Once a manuscript is accepted, authors will be notified, and the manuscript will undergo final proofreading and formatting. After final approval from the authors, the article will be published online and will be freely accessible under the journal’s open access policy.
