Key aspects include a focus on fostering innovation and entrepreneurship, integrating technology and multidisciplinary approaches, improving collaboration between academia and industry, and addressing challenges like rural-urban disparities and funding gaps. These changes are reshaping the research ecosystem and require a professional approach to management and internationalization to enhance research excellence and its global impact.
