Abstract

This research provides an analytical assessment of the impact of strategic management, financial management, human resource management, and marketing management on the efficiency and profitability of businesses. The research design used in this study is analytical and involves responses collected from a sample of 110 participants to determine the effectiveness and impact of different management practices on the performance of businesses. The results of the analysis show that strategic management increases the efficiency of business operations through the improvement of resource allocation, coordination, decision making, and control processes within the organization. Financial management assists in increasing profitability of the organization through effective budgeting, cost management, financial planning, and financial resources management. Human resource management is beneficial in improving productivity, skill, motivation, and efficiency of employees, whereas marketing management helps in obtaining customers, retaining them, increasing sales, and developing markets. The study further shows that the integration of different management practices is more advantageous for organizations compared to their isolated use. Thus, the effective management practices help in better utilization of resources, increased productivity, efficiency, cost management, and profitability of business organizations.
